Shipping & duties

Every order on madeinthephilippines.org is packed and shipped by the maker who made it, straight from their workshop in the Philippines. If your order includes pieces from several makers, they arrive as separate parcels.

Shipping costs and times

Each maker sets their own shipping rates, shown in your cart before you pay. Orders are usually dispatched within a few business days; international delivery times depend on the destination and the courier the maker uses. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Import duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the Philippines may be charged import VAT, duties or customs fees by your country when the parcel arrives. In the European Union, VAT applies to all imported goods. In the United States, imported parcels are no longer exempt from duty regardless of value. Unless these charges are shown at checkout, they are collected by the carrier on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.

Food and beauty products

Some countries restrict the import of foods, plant products and cosmetics. Please check your country's rules before ordering; makers may decline to ship certain products to some destinations.
