Do I need my own website?
No. Your shop lives on madeinthephilippines.org and you manage it from your merchant dashboard.
How do I know when I have an order?
Every paid order sends you an email and appears in your dashboard with the items and the buyer's shipping address.
Who ships the order?
You do, from your own workshop, using your preferred courier. Add the tracking number in your dashboard so the buyer can follow the parcel.
When do I get paid?
Your earnings, minus the marketplace commission, appear in your dashboard balance and can be withdrawn once the order is complete.
